Comment-only: the run_workspace repo names are now drift-checked against PyAutoMind/repos.yaml — the body map (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoMind#36) — via python3 PyAutoMind/scripts/repos_sync.py --check. The black/generate/readme-pin flags are Build policy and stay here. No behaviour change.

The run_workspace names are drift-checked against the PyAutoMind/repos.yaml
body map (repos_sync.py --check); the per-repo flags remain Build policy and
live only here (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoMind#36).

Pull request overview

Adds clarifying documentation in pre_build.sh to record that the run_workspace repo list is identity drift-checked against the canonical body map in PyAutoMind/repos.yaml, while the per-repo flags remain PyAutoBuild policy.

Changes:

  • Document that the workspace repo-name list is drift-checked against PyAutoMind/repos.yaml.
  • Clarify that the generate/black/README-pin-related flags are Build-only policy (not part of the identity manifest).

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.
